Justin Silberlust, CFE

Justin Silberlust is the Associate Director of Internal Audit at Oppenheimer & Co. Since joining the financial services industry in July 2019, Justin has developed a robust career marked by a commitment to internal audit, risk management, and ethical practices. He began his professional journey as an internal audit intern at TIAA, where he gained hands-on experience in assessing internal controls and mitigating financial risks. His passion for the role quickly led them to a full-time position at the same institution, where he continued to hone his skills as an internal auditor there until joining Oppenheimer in September 2023. Throughout his career, Justin has prioritized professional development, constantly seeking ways to improve not only their technical expertise but also their interpersonal skills. He is particularly dedicated to fostering effective communication and emotional intelligence in the workplace, believing that these attributes are key to successful leadership and collaboration. Justin strives to create a positive work environment where team members feel empowered and supported in their roles. As a forward-thinking professional, Justin is passionate about using his knowledge and skills to contribute to the growth and success of the organizations they serve.


Jared Silberlust, MD, MPH

Dr. Jared Silberlust is an accomplished physician and clinical informaticist currently pursuing his Clinical Informatics Fellowship at NYU Langone Health. He previously completed his internal medicine residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center, where he served as an Ambulatory Assistant Chief Resident. Dr. Silberlust earned his MD and MPH degrees from the University of Miami, where he developed a passion for integrating technology and healthcare.
His research focuses on improving electronic medical record personalization and innovating healthcare technologies for older adults. He has presented his work at various national conferences and has been published in reputable medical journals. With a strong background in engineering and health systems management, he is committed to leading the way to the future of healthcare.
