Her leadership style focuses on empowering teams to conquer the most complex challenges, igniting an entrepreneurial spirit that fuels cutting-edge approaches, nurtures excellence, and unleashes the full potential of individuals and teams alike. She is proud to have spearheaded the creation of award-winning teams across Business, Technology & Cyber Audit, Fraud Risk, Enterprise Risk, Business Resilience, and Digital Assurance Solutions.

As the Chair of DP World's Women's Council and its first Executive Sponsor - Women, she is an advocate for gender balance, with her passion for inclusivity and diversity guiding her on a daily basis. She is deeply committed to actively mentoring and empowering emerging women leaders.

She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), as well as a Qualified Internal Audit Leader recognized by the IIA Global – a prestigious qualification she was among the first group of professionals selected to earn.

She is also an Authorised Training Principal for the ICAEW, a role that enables her to oversee and guide students as they work towards completing their ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualifications
