Thank you for participating in the 2023 IGNITE Emerging Leaders Conference which will be held in Las Vegas, NV & Virtual.

For your convenience, we are providing a schedule for the documents we require for your presentation along with some Speaker Resources. Please complete the required forms by clicking on the buttons located below.

Docu-Sign Speaker Engagement Letter – The IIA will send an electronic agreement via DocuSign in 3-5 business days, from receiving the confirmation email. August 14, 2023
Speaker Data Form – Each speaker is REQUIRED to complete a Speaker Data Form. This form will include a request for your headshot to be used for marketing purposes, and allow you to enter any AV requests. Please complete the form in its entirety as soon as possible. August 14, 2023

PPT Presentations All PowerPoint presentations are required to use the conference template.  You may submit your completed presentation by completing a Presentation Submission Form. If your file is too large to upload, you can request a link to The IIA Fileshare system using the form.

Speaker Code of Conduct and Ethics

This Speaker Code of Conduct and Ethics (“Code”) helps foster a culture of honesty and accountability, and provides guidance and mechanisms for dealing with ethical issues. All Speakers are responsible for knowing and complying with this Code and other policies of The IIA. Please contact iiaspeakers@theiia.org if you have questions regarding your presentation.

Powerpoint Template 

The IIA provides a PowerPoint template for use with all speaker presentations to maintain consistency and professionalism for our conference delegates. The template includes a space for your organization’s logo if you wish to include it. The IIA reserves the right to edit all presentations for grammar, typographical errors, or other non-substantive material corrections.

This form is for our records and marketing efforts. No personal contact information will be released without your permission. Your session abstract, brief biography and headshot are used for our marketing efforts on conference collateral and the website. Speaker Travel Form

You are responsible for making your own flight arrangements and booking your hotel stay! Please click on the Speaker Travel Form button to submit your flight itineraries and hotel stay information. The IGNITE Conference will be held at The Cosmopolitan, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89109, US. The IIA has secured a special room rate of $259 per night plus taxes and resort fee.

Room Rate & Booking Policies

  • Room Rates: $259 plus 13.38% county tax & $39 daily resort fee (single or double occupancy)
  • Room Cutoff Date: Wednesday, September 27, 2023
  • Check-In: 3:00 p.m./Checkout: 11:00 a.m.
  • Main guest must be at least 21 years old to check in.
  • Upon check in, each room is required to put down a credit card for incidental charges - $50 authorization per day, plus any outstanding room nights and tax.
  • Cancellation Policy: Hotel allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guestroom reservations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to attendee’s scheduled arrival date. Hotel shall charge individual attendees one (1) night’s guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date or the failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be cancelled. It is hotel policy to require a credit card for incidental charges.
  • One (1) rollaway per room is available in select rooms at an additional per day cost. A rollaway bed is not permitted in rooms that already have two queen beds.
  • Outside food and beverage is prohibited within all areas of the hotel including rooms and suites.
