The GAM Conference is in the Convention Center at the Gaylord Palms. When leaving your guest room go to the lobby level and follow signs to the convention center. When you arrive at the convention center, take the escalator up to level 3 for Registration and Sessions. You can also take the escalator down to level 1 to Exhibit Hall A/B for exhibits and meals.

Conference Registration is in the Osceola Lobby on Level 3 in the Convention Center at the Gaylord Palms.

NOTE: Not all presenters make their presentations available for attendees’ post conference.

Collecting your attendance at sessions has become easier! Simply walk through the designated room doors while wearing your badge for a seamless scan on the go.

Approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the conference, you will receive your CPE Certificate via email. Your CPE certificate will be emailed to the email address used to register for the conference.

Session evaluations can be completed in the conference mobile app by selecting the schedule icon, choose the session you attended, and select survey. Each session will have a survey.

If you are not utilizing the mobile app and would still like to provide your feedback on the session, you can access all evaluations by visiting the Attendee hub on your computer.

The overall conference evaluation will be sent to you via email on the last day of the conference. Your participation in the conference is appreciated.

All evaluations for the conference will close on Wednesday, March 26, 2025

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. If earlier check-in for your reservation is unavailable, the Bell Desk can store your luggage until your room is ready.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If your travel plans necessitate a later checkout, please contact the Front Desk to check to see if a late checkout is available. Please do this either the evening prior to your departure or the morning of your departure. Should a later checkout not be available, the Bell Desk will be happy to hold your luggage at no charge until you are ready to depart.

Gaylord Palms does not provide transportation to and from the airport, however they do provide a free shuttle service to and from all Disney Parks as well as Disney Springs. See the Concierge in the front lobby for more information.
