In accordance with the New York Not-for-Profit Corporation Law § 605(a), the 2024 Annual Business Meeting of The Institute of Internal Auditors, Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation (“The IIA”), will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 1:30 PM EST at the Marriot Marquis Hotel located at 901 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20001. Matters to be addressed will include the election of The IIA officers and directors and other appropriate items. All members of The IIA are invited to attend.
