The Memphis Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) serves the U.S. Mid-South. We are a very diverse chapter with almost 500 members, including auditors from 32 corporations and 8 government agencies, as well as college students from all over the Mid-South. We offer monthly education opportunities, along with various training events. The Memphis Chapter also hosts an Annual Student Day meeting that features a scholarship contest to help students learn more about the profession and what employers are looking for in an internal audit candidate.
The IIA Memphis chapter newsletter contains the latest word from the chapter's leadership, upcoming training events, and more.
The Memphis chapter has maintained Ruby status since 2023. With almost 500 members, we have a diverse group of auditors here in the Mid-South.
We are always looking for new members and new ways to enhance our profession. If you are new to the area, or currently are not a member, and would like more information about joining our chapter, getting involved, or attending an upcoming event, please email us at Chapter106support@iiachaptercommunications.org.
We look forward to meeting you soon!
I am excited to be a part of such an amazing group of professionals. I would like to thank the Officer team and the Board of Governors for their leadership and support as we overcame some truly unprecedented times during the past few years. A special thanks to our members for their continued participation in our events and programs and a huge thank you to all the other committee volunteers for their continued service.
Our goals this year include increasing membership engagement, developing our professor and student relationships, and continuing ort focus on volunteerism and inspiring members to get involved. We strive to continue providing quality programs and educational opportunities to our local professionals and aspiring students.
