: Welcome to the IIA Northern Nevada Chapter

The Northern Nevada Chapter is proud to support the internal auditing profession in greater northern Nevada. The Chapter was initiated in 1979 and has since been promoting internal audit in the region. We are included in The IIA's West District along with the Sacramento, San Francisco, Northern California - East Bay, San Jose, and Hawaii chapters.

The month of May is Internal Audit Awareness month. Proclamations from the Governor of Nevada are just one way we celebrate our industry.

In addition, the Northern Nevada Chapter has been recognized as a Chapter of Excellence in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2020 for advancing the profession by supporting the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) credential through The IIA's CIA Learning System program.
