The Topeka Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), located in Topeka, Kansas, serves the capital city and surrounding area. The Chapter has over 115 members.
The Topeka Chapter holds monthly meetings from September through May that offer networking opportunities and continuing education. The Chapter also provides two 8 hour continuing education opportunities, one in the fall and one in spring. At this time meetings are being held virtually using Zoom.
Founded in October 1991, the Topeka Chapter serves members in audit and related professions who live and work in Topeka and the surrounding area, by providing training, networking, and leadership opportunities.

During Internal Audit Awareness Month in May, we shared our passion for internal auditing, promoting the profession through a variety of events and campaigns designed to inform and engage, raise awareness, and help stakeholders understand the value of internal audit in their organizations.
The Topeka Chapter is proud to work with the Washburn University School of Business to facilitate scholarship opportunities and mentoring opportunities.
