Dear Colorado Springs Chapter Members,
It’s hard to believe 2024 is here! We are thrilled to have brought on three new officers this chapter year, Cristal Breitbeil, Sean Samp and Tom Wilson! Please join us in welcoming them to the leadership team!
While the chapter year is halfway over, things are in full swing when it comes to events and trainings. We’re bringing in Amanda “Jo” Erven to discuss ethics, and we’re holding our first collaborative event with the Denver chapter! We’re also planning a get together closer to the summer when we network and have fun at Top Golf. Be sure to join us for these great events.
This year we are focusing on member engagement and delivering 8 quality CPE hours on topics that are current and highly relevant to the audit profession. We are doing this through in-person, virtual and hybrid events, as well as collaborative events with other IIA chapters. Let us know if there’s a topic you’d like to hear about or present!
This chapter wouldn’t be a chapter without you, our members. I want to say thank you for your support to the chapter through your continued membership and involvement. We appreciate you!
On behalf of the 2023-2024 board, thank you for being a member!
Rachana KC, Colorado Springs Chapter President
