Purpose: Recognizing outstanding young internal audit professionals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to advancing the profession globally through leadership, innovation, and commitment to high standards. The award celebrates rising leaders whose contributions inspire peers and strengthen the future of internal auditing.
Nomination Eligibility and Mandatory Criteria:
- Internal audit practitioners between 20–39 years old through December 31, 2025.
- Demonstrates success in driving impactful projects, introducing innovative practices, or improving audit processes within their organization.
And/or - Active leadership, mentoring, or peer development efforts that showcase a commitment to fostering growth and engagement within the internal audit profession.
And/or - Participation in industry events, thought leadership, or public advocacy that elevates awareness, understanding, and credibility of the internal audit profession.
